Ordering
Do I have to register to use your site?
No. You don't have to register to use our site but we will need your address and shipping information if you decide to order. We don't keep any credit card or other sensitive information on our server. We only keep your shipping address information so you might find it more convenient to register so you won't have to enter this information every time you place and order.
Why don't I need a password?
We don't collect any of your financial or other sensitive information. Your payments are processed by PayPal International and never pass through our server. We store only your name and address on our server, so there is no need to use bothersome passwords. However even this non-sensitive information is protected since you have to enter your last name and email address to access your account.
Promotion Codes
How do I enter promotion codes and coupons?
Coupon or promotion codes are entered during the checkout process. When you tap the "Proceed to Checkout" button you will be taken to a form where your shipping address information is entered. At the bottom of this form you will see a box where you can enter your coupon or promotion code. You can also enter your coupon code from your account profile.
The coupon or promotion code I use is not working or I get a message saying it's invalid. What should I do?
- Verify that the promotion code has not expired.
- Verify that the promotion code was entered correctly.
- Verify that the items in your order qualify per the promotion details.
- Read the promotion details to see if there are product exclusions that may prevent your order from qualifying for the promotion.

Gift Certificates
How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Please go to our Gift Card page and follow the easy steps to purchase your gift certificate.
Do I have to spend the complete value of my Gift Certificate during my purchase?
No. We keep track of your purchases when you use our Gift Certificates. Any unused portion can be redeemed at a later visit. If the unused portion is not enough to cover your purchase then you will asked to enter another method of payment to cover the unpaid amount in order to complete your purchase.
How do I find the remaining value of my Gift Certificate?
Please go to our Gift Card page to find out the amount remaining on your gift certificate.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
At this time we shipped only to Canada.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Always allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. Please allow an extra day if you order during a holiday period.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
We will send you an email once we have received and processed your order. You will then receive another email with a tracking number when your package has been handed off to our shipper.
I placed an order using your free shipment promotion. How soon will I receive my order?
If you reside on the island portion of Newfoundland & Labrador, you can expect your order in 1-3 business days or 3-10 business days for the Labrador portion of the province.
